I would have to say that one of my favorites is from the movie: Oliver & Company. There are some great upbeat 80's tunes by Billy Joel, Bette Midler, etc. I actually just downloaded a bunch of them. :)

One of my favourite songs from an animated movie was 'Disappointed' by Electronic from "Cool World" (1992)
As for a whole soundtrack, I like the music from Aladdin. How can one not love the song "A Whole New World" 8)

One of my favourite songs from an animated movie was 'Disappointed' by Electronic from "Cool World" (1992)
That is also one of my favorites, but I was not sure if I should include it since it was mostly live action.
I absolutely love the theme to Cool World, and have the sound track in my CD collection (as well as the movie in my DVD collection). To me, Ralph Bakshi is a vastly underappreciated artist.
However, I did include his later movie American Pop in my list. I absolutely love that movie, and the ending is incredible. Now I am going to have to pull it back out and watch it when I get home, so I can see/hear the ending sequence with "Night Moves".
