For Your Love...The Yardbirds

Siberian Khatru....Yes, come to think of it, I don't think Yes had a song in the 70's that Rick Wakeman didn't
                            play the harpsichord.

Billy Idol used a harpsichord in his acoustic version of 'Rebel Yell', for his "MTV- Unplugged" session.

The Beach Boys used a beautiful harpsichord intro on their 1979 hit 'Lady Lynda', which I still think is one of their best songs ever !

The Left Banke: Walk Away Renee; Pretty Ballerina
Shugie Otis: Strawberry Letter 23
Laibach: Across the Universe (Lennon/McCartney)
Black Tape for a Blue Girl: Denouement
Elvis Costello: Brilliant Mistake

Though it's hard to tell because synth so easily imitates harpsichord, songs such as:
New Order: Sub-Culture
Depeche Mode: Told You So

Nope. Hammond Organ. And as for the Beatles 'In my Life', that's a piano sped-up to sound like a harpsichord.

DOn't forget the film, "King Ralph", in which John Goodman did "Good Golly, Miss Molly" on harpsichord!

That is true. Too bad Wikipedia killed the 'Harpsichord in Popular Culture' page.

I think what intrigued me to like that instrument is "Garfield and Friends". On the 'U.S. Acres' segments, they would use a keyboard with a harpsichord input to it.

And here's some more songs with harpsichord....

"Different Drum"-Linda Ronstadt
"In Held 'Twas In I:Look To Your Soul"-Procol Harum
"Skyline Pigeon"-Elton John

In the 20th Anniversary of "Doctor Who", Peter Davison ends up playing the Harp of Rassilon, which sounds more like The Harpsichord of Rassilon.
