What is the greatest Christmas song ever?
John Lennon, Happy Xmas (War Is Over), Fairytale Of New York, The Pogues & Kirsty MacColl, Santa Claus Is Coming To Town, Bruce Springsteen, Do They Know Its Christmas, Band Aid or something else?

Brenda Lee - Rockin' Around The Christmas Tree
Burl Ives - Holly Jolly Christmas
Nat King Cole - The Christmas Song
Beach Boys - Little Saint Nick
Carpenters - No Place Like Home For The Holidays
Band Aid - Do They Know Its Christmas
Watresses - Christmas Wrapping
Wham - Last Christmas
My vote for #1 is Brenda Lee's "Rockin Around The Christmas Tree."

For me, it has to be 1973, 'I Wish it Could Be Christmas Everyday' by Roy Wood and Wizzard

Wood also had a hit version of it in a collaboration with the Wombles in the 90s. From a toe tapping point of view, it was catchy, but on the whole, Roy shouldn't have messed with his own classic so please avoid that version like the plague

That is my second best Christmas song, the use of Prokofiev makes my back bone shiver.

Do They Know Its Christmasby band aid and Merry Xmas the war is over by John Lennon.
Those 2 in my opinion are the best on par with each other.
