Jimmy Carter: President & great Humanitarian.

Jackie Robinson, first African-American player in MLB. We can't even imagine the abuse he suffered.

Bob Hope and Will Rogers. Both were great humanitarians. There are/were many other humanitarians of course but those are the two that stand out the most for me.

He is an honorary knight of Bath. Obviously, it is illegal for a U.S citizen to accept an honor from a foreign country and Reagan would never do anything like that. Hence the reason I believe if it were legal, he should be properly knighted.

Illegal according to US rules?  ???

Because he was not a UK citizen he could not be called Sir Ronald but he was entitled to use the letters GCB after his name.

Yes, illegal according to the laws of the United States of America.

I believe John Wayne should also be knighted.

Possibly Clint Eastwood, but he seems to be getting soft in old age.
