Apparently this is something they are doing on Twitter... take a famous movie quote and write what you think the original first draft might have been.... my favs so far....

Jaws: I think we're gonna need a bigger boat!
"I think our fishing vessel is too small to handle the size of this shark!"

Crocodile Dundee: "That's not a knife/this is a knife"
"What you are holding is in fact a knife, but if you direct your attention towards me, you may find I have a larger knife."

Terminator: I'll be back!
"I'll return at a later time and date."

Back to the Future: Roads? We don't need roads!
"Where we're going, we don't need roads. The car can fly. That's why we don't need roads. Just get in, I'll show you."

Star Wars IV: May the force be with you.
"May the midichlorians be with you."

Willy Wonka: Snozberry? Whoever heard of a snozberry?
"I have been all over the produce department and while there are plenty of oranges and bananas I have yet to come across something called a snozberry."

Great minds think alike?

From The Godfather:

Make me an offer I can't refuse.

Put forth a potential proposal that I will find irrisistible and won't want to deny myself of.  :-\\

Great minds do think alike.

My Mama always said, 'Life was like a box of chocolates; you never know what you're gonna get.'"

Mother often told me that existence compares to a candy gift as there is uncertainty in selective choices.

First draft: "Ever put a 9V battery on your tongue? Try 90,000 volts! *ZAP*"

Replaced with ultra lame line to prevent movie goers from putting 9V batteries on their tongues.
