Has anybody seen this site? I've been a major contributor to it (particularly the '60s and early '70s) and it keeps getting better every day with more videos. I'm not sure if they're "deletion-proof", but have a look here. Here's 1979 for instance:

You could also help build this by searching Youtube videos (read the little guidline at the bottom to see if it's a good video) simply by giving an email account and your name. It's easy to use and some videos even date back to Victorian times. The thing is, if any video has a URL or ANY extra intro, the video is not valid (I disagree with certain intros as they can be quite helpful to the context).
