Hmm I'm not sure how to look up new releases for a specific date, but these were the Top 10 singles the week ending November 3, 1990 (I was born on October 28) so these were the popular songs that were playing

1. "Ice Ice Baby" - Vanilla Ice
2. "Black Cat" - Janet Jackson
3. "Love Takes Time" - Mariah Carey
4. "Giving You the Benefit" - Pebbles
5. "I Don't Have the Heart" - James Ingram
6. "Pray" - MC Hammer
7. "Can't Stop" - After 7
8. "More Than Words Can Say" - Alias
9. "Suicide Blonde" - INXS
10. "Cherry Pie" - Warrant

The idea that "Ice Ice Baby" and "Cherry Pie" could have both played on the radio in the car ride home from the hospital is probably a sign I was destined for greatness :D

"Lady" - Kenny Rogers
"Another One Bites The Dust" - Queen (as well as Weird Al's parody, "Another One Rides The Bus")

These are some of the songs that were released as singles/climbing the charts around the time I was born.
