This came out in the mid-1980s. It's about the dangers of asbestos. If you stir around asbestos wrapped pipes you could do all kinds of harm to yourself. Lung cancer or mesothelioma. It's really scary.

That was sort of the point Howard. Before you start doing a job like that have all of the proper safety gear including eye covers to protect your eyes.
