Subject: What American region has the quickest & slowest cultural changes?

I'm making this topic to know which American region has the fastest and slowest cultural changes? I read a post from someone who is from the New England area, and she said that she and her peers were the fastest to adopt technology for example compared to other regions. BChris who is from the south just mentioned that the region is behind on cultural changes compared to others.
However, these were only two. There could another region that has quick cultural changes and vice versa.
