For example 2000s babies are 2000-2009 but its mostly known that 2000-2002 are 2000s kids but if 2000-2002 borns aren't considered 2000s babies because they are 2000s kids can they be called a 2000s child instead of a 2000s baby? Same for other decades.

2000-2003 babies are early 2000's babies and they're also 2000's/2010's transition kids.

2000-2002 babies are born in the 2000s they are considered 00s babies even though they are 2000s kids, get it? And there might be some people who don't consider 2000-2002 borns 00s babies becausr they are 2000s kids and they might just be considered as a 2000s child because of that it goes with every other person born between the first 3 years of the 70s,80s,90s ect.
