What evolved out of the 90s and 2000s with grunge and post grunge. Marylin Manson, Kurt Cobain, Creed and Nickleback evolved into the likes of Juice World, Tekashi69, XXtentacion and Lil Peep. They’re Xanax glorification, reckless behavior and general attitudes towards tattoos.
