I can come up with tons, LOL.

P.S. I might be the first person to go through high school and never use the "facilities" (I live close to my old HS, so I always walked - I made sure to go before and/or after school) -- the guys' bathrooms were NASTY!!! I know where you're coming from on that. ;D

Not being able to spend more time with family and pets.
Being in a competitive workforce.

I certainly wasn't smiling after the Sunderland v Newcastle match... does this make sense to you?

Sunderland were "The better team" but none of our players got special mentions, yet 2 of Newcastle's did
We 'battled hard' and 'should have got something from the game' but Newcastle 'deserved the 3 points'

Me and my mam were sat there gobsmacked over the complete idiocy of the Sky commentators... what burks!

Anyway, back on topic:
I'm sick of flamin' customers waltzing in just as we're ready to lock the door. Tonight is the second time in two nights where it's happened and if it happens again tomorrow night i'm gonna lose my frigging temper!  >:(

How do you stop people from getting upset when the thing that upsets them is YOU getting upset? You can't just stop being upset, especially when the events are this large.

I get that all the time. I often upset people I really like by saying something or doing something stupid, and then them getting upset upsets me, and I hate it. It makes me feel like sh*t, and then the only thing I can think about for days afterwards is "why did I open my stupid mouth/why did I do that?!"

I think I know what you're getting at in general, though I don't know details of your situation.

You know, they always say the ones you love hurt you the most. I believe the reverse is true too, and I've often wondered why. I mean, we'll get way madder at a family member or really close friend than we dare would anyone else (this is true for me too) -- possibly because we know the love is unconditional, so it's almost like we're "free" to say what we will to (or about) them without fear of "losing" them.

Obviously this isn't the case for everyone in our lives, so we usually are way more careful with "conditional" friends, etc. I can only speak for myself 100%, but sometimes I find it easier to share things and be friendly with a stranger than with those I love more than anything in the world (e.g. my parents).

Like I really want to be big. If I wanted to be big I would not be currently losing weight by watching how much I eat and getting out and walking..it's as big people are supposed to stay at home and be a couch potato according to those who do the teasing...Well guess what. Their opinion is stupid and half-baked. Since some of the teasers are big themselves...and they think teasing makes them popular, cool, big shots..NOT!!

I readily admit that I'm a complainer, but if I'm complaining about something, I'll volunteer to help (if it's something I can).... Yesterday, it was Market Day.  One of the ladies who was helping unload/sort was complaining about when the flyers came out at school.....this is a woman who has no other children at home to take care of, doesn't work, and turned down the job.....the other co-chair and I both have other children (I have 1 at home, 2 in school;  she has 2 at home, 3 in school :o) and other commitments with the school.  Now, I have to give her credit for helping us unpack and sort, but if you didn't want to do the job of distributing the flyers and running the sale, don't complain about how we do it....if you have a suggestion, offer it, otherwise, shut your pie hole ;D

If I was Jimmie Johnson I'd be praying for mercy before the race coz you bet Tony will be waiting for the #48 to make a bonehead move..

Wholeheartedly agree with you there.
If I ever saw a person, male or female hurting a cat (or any animal) I'd go up to them and wring their necks - if they didn't put up too much of a fight!  ;D
Once saw this dopey girl smacking her dog really hard on his head because he wouldn't hurry up and walk as fast as her - I felt like smacking her on her head too, but as it happens I just said I thought she was being unfair to the dog and she shouldn't smack him like that...got the usual load of abuse back - but that was because I'd embarrassed her by pointing out her cruelty.

With me it is the oppisite, I have volunteered at my son's school many of times, and have been told that they have enough people already. I told them when they need someone to call me, but they never do, then half of them don't know what they are doing and ask me what I would do if it were me. and I tell them that if they wanted my advice they shouldn't have told me that they don't need me. (i say that in nastier words though)

What I really don't understand is why some people who say they 'love' their cats LET THEIR CATS OUTSIDE to do their thing when there's a chance of their cat getting run over by a car, their cat getting feline AIDS from another cat, their pet being stolen, or getting beat up by dogs, other cats, and even KILLED by cat-haters...Why are they too 'inconvienienced' by cleaning a litterbox? And as far as a pregnant woman...they possibly could ask another family member to change the box. If one loves their pet they do ALL THE THINGS THE CAT needs to keep them safe, healthy, and happy!

A lot of old people are also scared of them.
I've nothing against little kids coming round with their parents.

It also appears in double spaces after periods, and when two or more spaces appear before emoticons. And it usually shows up in the quote boxes.

I still wish there was some way around it though!!

That's basically what I do. If it's my husband or one of my sisters I'll answer.  Anyone else gets ignored.

Yeah, my BF seemed to get upset a few times when I didn't answer my phone. I just never had it in a spot where it was easy to hear. Now I have it on vibrate as well as ringtone. I really ignore most people except my very, very close family and friends. If a phone number looks iffy, I won't ever answer it. I figure if it's that important they will leave a message.

We have caller ID on our home phone too...if there's a number we don't recognize, or if it says "Out Of Area", then we don't pick it up.

We don't have caller ID.

My sister gave out her number to a "friend" who apparently gives it out to whoever wants it. This way, we get tons of prank calls from people at her school and we don't even know who it is. We might even have to change our number.  >:(

I never answer my phone.  Half the time, it's some sales company who never even bothers to leave a message.  Some of them, even talk to the answering machine, as though the electronic voice on the machine that says "Leave a message at the beep" is an actual person  ;D
