Let's see i got about 100 pieces of junk mail and 4 good e-mails. One from my mate Nick, one from Rick, one from my Mum and one from my uncle. I did however learn i can buy a Cardinals jersey on sale tomorrow ;D

snail mail -- i got a press kit today from someone who's looking for a guitar player to fill out a band he needs for a 60s surf musical he wants to put on, strictly shoestring. seems pretty interesting but i havent' gotten around to listening to the CD with the sample music on it yet. funny, the press kit is made up of rejection letters with the nice parts highlighted -- your music is very catchy and enjoyable but not the sort of thing we're looking for right now. doesn't exactly instill confidence but i love all that beach party annette funicello stuff from back in the day so...

None today but I am still awaiting a letter from the Inland Revenue. My mail is predictable. I usually get a telephone bill, bank statements, Royal Mail propaganda or Union propaganda.

^ How very sad the music isn't better. You would think for a musical it would be the best possible blend of that genre. But it's that person's vision.
In my mail I have
a catalog of popcorn. Those giant tins of ready to eat stuff ALL waiting to be purchased.
And I also got an inspirational newsletter from the WorldVision Ministry in NYC. They support mothers and children with outreach programs and their church message ministry to those on the streets of the Big Apple. Never been there myself, but they are the sister program to a local program I gave money to last year, so there you go.
Unfortunately, also got the latest billing for my school loan.

I got something from Sports Illustrated in the mail asking for me to subscribe. It pointed out that I would save 92 dollars if I subscribed as opposed to buying them at the store (not that I do that anyway), plus it mentioned that I would get a free touchpad organizer if I subscribed.
You know, I honestly think I would subscribe to the swimsuit issue if my mom didn't check the mail before I did. ;D

In an inattentive moment once I fell for the one that looks like a windows dialog box and sez your computer may be infected with spyware! Click OK to delete! So I clicked okay and it promptly infected my computer with spyware.

Usually you don't get anything. Sometimes it's actually truthful though. One of them tells you can get a free ipod with a footnote in small print that basically tells you that you're going to be the guinea pig of several advertisers. But hey, you still get the ipod, if it's really worth all the spam.

The heaviness is one of the reasons I never buy a paper on a Sunday, also it does take all week to read it!

am usually up by then with the coffee brewing waiting for it. From 7 to 10 on Sundays it is me

A few cards, one from my grandmother with a "gift" in it, one from my cousin and another one from our cleaning person. ;D We also got a DVD from Netflix which they said was supposed to be here on Saturday. :-\\ (I think they are just a bit late)

I think you can go to your profile and go to the notification/email settings if you don't want your pm's to be delivered to your e-mail.

Not yet. I still have film in my old camera that I want to use up first. (Yes, the new camera is also a film camera-I like them much better than digitals)
The mail today is REALLY late. I have never seen her so late before but with the weather, it is understandable.

The mail finally arrived. It wasn't our usual letter carrier-that is why it was so late. Got about 3 Christmas cards, "holiday gelt" from my dad (paper), a book I ordered, a catalog, an announcement that the Capital Steps are going to be in the area, and a plea for $$$ from a local theatre.
