It's all simple ...

- Bill is talking about screws ...
- Paris Hilton is screwy ...
- Bill is also talking about tires ...
- To take off a tire, you would need a Tire Iron, which is probably what was used to make Paris black and blue

I do not wish to reveal my salary, but I will tell you that the pleasure I see in peoples' faces when I remove the screws from their tyres far outweighs any monetary compensation I may receive.

That being said, I'm loaded.

I know this thread's kinda old, but I started a volunteer position about two months ago. Not really a job since I don't get paid, but at least I'm spending my time doing something productive now...and it'll hopefully lead to an actual paid position.

In that very same month, I started a temporary job in downtown L.A., and it lasted three months. Now I am once again looking for a new one.

I've just finished one full week at work.

I am an administrator for a home improvements company.  Basically confirming/rearranging appointments and sorting out the paperwork for any orders we receive.  I had three days of training, one day of being more or less left to it but with people around to ask for help and then I've been on my own in the office with the boss person at home on her mobile phone.

I will get a staff discount apparently.  I didn't think it was a good thing to ask at the interview!

We need some windows replacing fairly soon.  The wooden frames have started to rot in some of them.

excellent. By the time you're ready to the repairs you will have been working long enough to inquire without it seeming weird.
