Subject: Be Creative With a Haiku Thread

Written By: Philip Eno on 01/29/08 at 1:31 pm

In this form of poem the words are set to seventeen syllables in the format of three lines, with the lined syllables as five, seven and five. The traditional Haiku is set to a theme of nature.

Here is my first example.

Dark clouds above me
Looking like rain very soon
Run under cover

Poster 2:  "Haikus are easy / But sometimes they don't make sense / Up yours, it's winter!"
