My mom made EXTREMELY hurtful comments towards me today.. she saw two of my friends at the mall {I wasn't invited}, and she came home and just layed on as many hurtful comments as she could.

We're giving it a few days.. if he's still unable to move, to the vet he goes.. he got up, and he's moving now, but we aren't sure if it's gonna stay that way... it was BAD.

Today after my group therapy,I asked my psychologist if she could fax my resume to 2 clerical companies in my area and she did so we'll see what happens if I get a response from these people.I heard that Supportive Employment takes about 3-6 months so I'm going to do something in the meantime while I wait which is to bring my resume to places and drop it off or I could easily fax it.Whichever one I prefer. :)

I was in a car accident on Sunday afternoon! I'm ok (obviously) bit shaken up but yeah it was really scary! Still went to see Oasis though we missed some of the support acts but as we all said, it would have been pretty annoying to be in a car crash and then miss the gig too, and we were half way there anyway!! It was AMAZING well worth being in a car accident to see! :)

It's still carrying over.. I don't know why I'm so bloody upset about this.. I guess maybe what happened was just a catalyst for a lot of bottled up self-hatred.

I totally understand. There are times when I get so mad at myself (and nothing really has to ever happen).....that I almost can't take it. I get depressed alot and many times there is no real reason why....but then it passes over and I am pretty much happy again.

It was odd.. for a small period of time, I was confident, and comfortable with myself... I have occasional bouts like that.. I haven't pinned what takes them away yet, though.

Well, I guess I'm off to do my daily routines.. this cycle gets pretty easy after a while.

I can honestly say I thought I was gonna die! It was a motorway crash involving three cars and a lorry....not quite what we were expecting when we left for the gig an hour earlier!

When I get like that, I search deep down and I usually find something triggered it off. Self hatred is awful and wouldn't wish it on anybody. You deserve to feel much better than this, Apricot. The challenge is to change your perspective on things. It's difficult but it can make the difference once the effort has been made.  ;)

That's right. Everybody feels the way they do for a reason, you've just got to search for it. The only way that is not applicable, I guess, is people who are suffering from depression as a result of a chemical imbalance in their brains (the main reason why people should use anti-depressants).

Saying there is no problem is simply giving these people the rationale not to search within themselves.

Wouldn't worry about starting at the bottom mate, take what they give you. if somebody wants to give you some responsibility then good for them. Your a good honest bloke.

After taking some time off from exercising at Curves (due to our move, and the fact that my back has been giving me problems), I went to the new branch (close to my new home) and transferred my info over so that I can get back into the swing of things...I am looking forward to starting back up!!

What's Curves, like a gym or something?

My ignorance in these matters is astounding. I went to the mall with some of my cousins friends (she forced me on to them  ;D) and i think i annoyed the hell out of them by asking every 20 seconds what the store we just past sold/did/was  ;D

Yes...Curves is an exercise place specifically for women.  It's a 30 minute workout....but you really do get a good workout, even though it's only 30 minutes long.  You go there like 3 days a week and accompany that with walking or some other form of exercise on the off days.
